Jordan Whitehead, FMS, CSCS, Pn2

Jordan graduated from Rice University in 2011 with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology - Sports Medicine. While at Rice, she was a four-year member of the Rice Women's Soccer Team. Since graduating, she has been both a coach and athlete and has gained a passion for maximizing athletic potential through nutrition and training. As a coach she loves teaching individuals to live healthier lives in pursuit of their goals. Over the past 2 years she has served as the director of CORE Performance and Wellness, providing nutrition and fitness services to the Bryan/College Station area.

Jordan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. She also holds the Precision Nutrition Level 2 Certification and Functional Movement Screen (FMS) certification. A love of learning, she hopes to continue developing her skills through further education and certifications. Her desire is to help individuals from all types of athletic backgrounds find enjoyment in eating and moving well.

“As a coach at heart, the fundamentals fascinate me. Quality nutrition and moving well are essential and foundational for healthy, active, and energy-filled lives. By learning how you move, addressing deficiencies, and bolstering your body with nutrient-rich food, I hope to teach individuals how they can maximize performance in both exercise and daily living.

Outside of the office, you can find Jordan at a CrossFit gym, drinking coffee, caddying for her husband, Michael, or finding any way to be active.
