Proprioception Exercises

In Functional ReEducation, Single Leg Standing Balance is used to:

  1. Train Proprioception.
  2. Develop stability in the muscles of the hips, knees and ankles.
  3. Develop positive muscle memory.
  4. Reinforce proper alignment and good posture.
