Dr. Cappelletti found a passion at a young age and began competing in female fitness competitions at the age of 16. Following her love of fitness Dr. Cappelletti attended Ball State University in 2015 and received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Applied Sciences. Throughout her time at Ball State, she continued to compete and discovered a new passion in fitness, helping her fellow competitors excel in their sport. Dr. Cappelletti learned corrective movement therapy and sport specific biomechanical analysis, which she used to help train her fellow fitness competitors. Dr. Cappelletti also utilized specific dietary regiments which allowed both her and her colleagues to thrive in the sport.
Following her passion and furthering her education in health and fitness, she attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa where she graduated with high honors in 2022.
Dr. Cappelletti is in the process of becoming a RockTape Medical Provider, which includes therapies in myofascial release and structural rehabilitation.
Dr. Cappelletti is an avid believer that the preservation of health is easier than the cure of disease.
Outside of work, Dr. Cappelletti is a regular at the gym and enjoys weight lifting. She also enjoys taking her dog Carson on adventures and spending time with her friends and family.
